12. LIABILITY WAIVER
- By accessing the State Pickleball Centre (SPC), you acknowledge and accept that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or accidents caused by contact with equipment, other players, or environmental hazards. You agree to participate at your own risk and release SPC, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from injury, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises, to the extent permitted by law.
- To help reduce the risk of injury and promote safe play, non-permanent courtside signage is installed throughout the facility. These dividers are intended to minimise the number of balls rolling into adjacent courts, which reduces the likelihood of player collisions and tripping hazards. While reasonable steps are taken to maintain a safe environment, all players and visitors must remain vigilant and exercise caution at all times.
- By entering the premises, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
13. CHANGES TO POLICY
- This policy may be updated at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available at reception and on our website.
By accessing the venue or holding a membership, you agree to these terms.
